Trying to get Amazon to remeasure fba item correctly
Hi Guys
Amazon keep remeasuring an item of mine wrong height by over 1cm causing my S&L being charged £1.42 instead of £0.80
Anyone know what I need to do so they put the correct measurements.

I think the problem is that the cubiscan machines they use don’t deal with small items very well and they often measure them wrong. It would be much easier just to get a ruler out and measure them.
With some success I have taken photos of me measuring an item to show the dimensions are wrong. This forced another remeasure case to be raised which they seemed to get correct…
