"The seller of the products I bought with amazon.com Prime is Amazon, but Amazon UK does not accept them."

hello

This year I started selling on Amazon UK, and I purchase my products from my amazon.com Business Prime account. I have order numbers available. I first send these products to my intermediary warehouse, and from there, they are sent to Amazon UK. I have a comprehensive contract with my intermediary warehouse, and despite the direct seller of my products being amazon.com, my Amazon UK seller account is not being activated. When I ask which document is missing, I receive no response. I would like to get support on this matter now.

respect,

So just to confirm, you bought from Amazon to resell back on Amazon?

If this is the case, I can't count how many times people come on the forum and expect Amazon to accept their own invoices. Not to mention these products are not allowed to sold as new.

You need to only buy from reputable wholesalers who can provide invoices. Retail online and offline stores receipts are not accepted.

You are buying retail goods and listing as new. Problem is amazon see items purchased retail as used. One reason is because warranties only apply to the first owner - which would be you.

Using Amazon Business does not mean Amazon can be used as a wholesaler. Amazon Business is primarily aimed at businesses wanting to buy goods for the day to day running of their business, like cleaning supplies and office goods. Not stock.

Some will say you are OK to do what you did, and will likely downvote this - but theres enough evidence to show that amazon UK do not accept Amazon invoices for proof of a valid supply chain.

If you purchased from anyone but wholesale for resale Amazon views the goods as Used. They will not accept your invoices as its not a wholesaler. For Amazon, for the warranty to be valid on any product, they require it to be a wholesale purchase.

You and I and others may think its a new item, but in amazons terms and conditions they view them as used, when bought outside of Amazon. So as thirtythreeandathird rightly says Amazon wont accept those invoices s proof.

If your doing it that way you need to put the items for sale as Used - Like New. Identify them as whatever they are for example "Sealed brand new in box item" - Condition Used - Like New.

That way your ok. If you list as New, be prepared they will ask for a Wholesalers invoice and when you cannot provide it can cause major account issues including suspension
