Brand Re-Branding Question

We are the only seller of a brand on amazon with the brands permission, as they don’t have an amazon account. They are considering rebranding keeping the same EAN codes etc. if they do rebrand can we change the brand name & title etc (with their permission off course) on the exsisting listings.
