Bulk edits in the Quality Listings Dashboard

I am having huge issues with the bulk edit feature in the Quality Listings Dashboard - Has anyone been able to use this feature successfully please? Amazon Support simply tell me they cannot find the batch IDs I give them

Same problem. I hope they fix this problem asap. We cannot edit 5k+ products one by one
