VTR rate not correct

My Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) calculation is not correct recently. The number of orders that is included in that calculation is significantly less than it should be. This has recently started to happen and has never happened before. Anyone else have this issue? Seems to be a technical issue. Even though the cargo information is correct and entered, the VTR rate is decreasing day by day.

It's not in real time, there is like a 15-day delay in reporting.

I see that you believe that your valid tracking rate has not been calculating correctly and you have concerns that this may be a technical issue.

Have you ensured that you input the proper tracking number and carrier? If there is an error while inputting this information the tracking will be deemed invalid. Have you downloaded the report to see if there are any errors? Are the carriers you are utilizing considered Amazon integrated carriers?
