customer claiming non delivery for item posted 9th march
no tracking just confirming i will have to refund after nearly 3 months?

If you have no evidence of the item been delivered customer will probably win a atoz claim if its within 90 days over that your fine

If the message looks " generic " rather than personal to you, " Google " it, as it may be a repeat offender. If it looks generic you could post it on here and see if anybody else has ever had it …
