Policy Violations email and Appeals

Very confused - have just received an email (below) saying I need to make a plan of action regarding policy violations.

There are multiple unaddressed policy violations related to your selling account. You will need to appeal these violations within your Account Health Dashboard in Seller Central. The listing and policy violations should be addressed as quickly as possible to ensure there are no disruptions to your selling account.

Why is this happening?
It is your obligation to make sure items sold on Amazon.com adhere to all applicable laws and Amazon’s policies. To see all of the violations on your account refer to your Account Health Dashboard in Seller Central.

What’s next?
Please visit the Account Health page to appeal the entirety of your policy violations. You can find them in the “Product Policy Compliance” section of the Account Health page by visiting the following link: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_composite. Your account may continue to sell only when your policy violations have been successfully appealed.

We’re here to help:
If you have questions about this policy or information requested above, please contact us at {Moderator Edit (Jessica) link removed}. The Account Health Support team is available to discuss your account performance 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (UK). Additionally, please find assistance creating a plan of action at (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/201623610).

Here is a screenshot of my health dashboard - one section with an Appeal button is under Product Policy Compliance - ‘Customer Product Reviews Policy Violation’. I’ve certainly never, ever had anything to do with manipulating customer reviews on this (or any other) item, as the policy seems to imply! In fact I believe in 12+ years of selling, I sold this item only once, in 2019! I see the item page has been removed. Also, why has it taken them 2 years from when I sold the product once to suddenly appear as an alleged violation now?!

Here is the Appeal page which gives the option to either submit a plan of action (impossible if you’ve done nothing wrong) or an option to tell them the listing was removed in error - again, difficult if you don’t know why it was removed and what exactly I’ve supposedly done!

Appreciate any and all help from anyone who has been through this or can throw some pointers, thanks

the last 2 words of that listing are in french so did you also list in EU ?

Just noticed as well that it says you have 123 policy violations ? is that correct ? are they all for historical listings ?

This situation is very bad. I’m sorry for you. Any progress on the matter? This problem can happen to others as well. For the benefit of others.
