Channel Islands UK or EU
Hi, my account settings enable sales within UK only, which has always included Channel Islands - now I understand Channel Islands are classed as EU for VAT purposes but sales are still going through. I’m confused and reading HMRC site adds to this! Anyone shed any light on this for me? Is Channel Islands still UK or now EU? These customers previous purchased at Ex-VAT prices but now pay the full price but with zero VAT…

CI are not and have never been classed as EU. CI have always been outside the EU VAT zone so sales from the UK have always been exports with regards to VAT.
Have you turned off VAT calculation services (if you were using it)?
Otherwise what I’m betting is that the ‘fix’ Amazon put in place on 28th January to enable full price charging to EU sales has affected sales to the VAT exempt CI as well.

How does this appliy to non-VAT registered sellers?
I’ve sold hundreds of mostly low priced books and discs via Amazon to the CI over the years. I’ve never had to worry about VAT.
That was, of course, when the UK was part of the EU.
Have things changed because CI and UK are now both out of the EU?
