Two different "ship to" addresses
Good day all
Our first shipments is on the water from China to England - when I go into shipments to track the goods, then into shipping queue the status is as “shipped” - I then click the “track shipment” and it opens up “shipment summary” - under “shipment name” the “ship to” address details of the “fulfillment Center” are not the same as the Fulfillment Center address that are on the box labels that were created in the workflow, printed and sent to supplier - when I open the "Shipment Created using; “send to amazon” workflow to double check - all steps are ticked and under “box labels printed” the ship to address is as
the original we sent to supplier and not the same as in our “shipment summary” and “shipment name” – should I be concerned ?? any feedback would be much appreciated - Thanks all

Did you use amazon global freight or your own courier ?

Hello, could it be that you look at the wrong, you check the shipping and receiving addresses to see if the wrong, there should be no such problem, or you open a case to ask the next.
