Branded but restricted generic ASIN

Hello,

There are products for which the brand name is registered, but when I try to list the product, the message "RESTRICTED GENERAL ASIN" is displayed and I cannot register the product.

ASIN : B0B4JKP9JL is Brand: メディコム・トイ(MEDICOM TOY).
