Read onlyCustomer returned back goods with the reason code "Performance or quality not adequate".
Since auto refund did not happen, when goods was returned back we inspected and made a refund and deducted £3.35 returns postage label cost.
However, then customer opened an a-z claim for the partial refund and amazon refunded that amount. We appeal to the case and provided them the evidence that as per amazon policy stated here https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/202080050 for such type of refunds we have the option to deduct for the pre-paid returns label. However, amazon denied our appeal.
When I reappeal order# 205-8902844-4588350 through a case# 10846147932 I just got a standard response.
This is another time when amazon does not follow it's own policy.
@Julia_Amzn, @Sarah_Amzn, @Ezra_Amazon, @Winston_Amazon, @Spencer_Amazon please help us reverse the A-Z claim pre-paid returns label.
