When Do Seller Start Acting Professional

Seller Unimart India, has been trying to take my business, copying my listing and starting to sell my product. My listing gets a bad review. Who is responsible? We took time and resources to build our standing on the platform. Now any seller starts selling without my permission. How did this happen?

Hello @Nilan,

Thank you for you post in the Forums!

Sellers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and Amazon policies when listing products. Amazon encourages sellers to report listing abuse or seller violations of Amazon's policies or applicable law.

I would suggest you follow the steps in Report a Violation.

Regards,

Adam

I would suggest you to do Report a Violation.

For further use some watermark of your brand name in images

1- Use watermarks wherever necessary and there is a potential for listing to get copied

2- Report a violation using amazon support

3- (Optional) You may reach out to the seller through your lawyer with the relevant Trademark/Copyright details and claim the loss plus ensure that they do not do so in future.

Thanks
