Amazon buy shipping VAT downloads report csv
Hello I am a SFP seller, I have to buy all shipping through Amazon themselves, couriers like DPD/RM etc.
I want to locate the vat invoices for each buy shipping purchase, in csv format.
I have gone to reports- tax document library and found pdf’s for each carrier and date, showing separate taxes etc, however I sell so much, one pdf per day will not work for me.
I cant seem to find a csv file, that breaks down net and vat for amazon buy shipping?

as SFP requires Tracked24, you should be paying RM for them - not amazon
can’t comment on DPD though as i’m not familiar with the process for them but if its through amazon go to reports - payments - date range reports and run a transaction view which opens in excel and you can filter out the purchases as required

You get one pdf per day?
Usually those invoices are sent at end of the month so you get 1 per month. Is the frequency more if you sell a lot?
But as TLS says if you have integrated your RM OBA Click & Drop Account with Amazon then you are actually invoiced directly by RM and not Amazon. I find RM issue invoices when they are owed £1000 or at end of month whichever comes first.
And do not forget although you may use a csv file to work out your VAT due, with Making Tax Digital you need the actual VAT invoice and not a csv file (preferably uploading the invoice into an online accounts package)

Thank you, ok I get the royalmail how about dpd then? and can i get a monthly pdf? instead of downloading daily. Otherwise for my qtr I will need x90 pdf downloads?
