Account deactivated without warning or reason
Our Amazonsellercentral UK and Europe account has been deactivated without warning on 6th June, the deactivation message said we hadn't responded to their request of 14 days earlier but in our health log there is no message logged before that (last message was Feb 24). Our account is at 200 health with no violations shown. It's now over a month later and despite calling everyday, we're still told the reactivation appeal is under review and will be dealt with in due course. No one is able to advise why we've been deactivated and when we will be reactivated. Does anyone know how we can get back up and running?

Have you checked your emails (inc spam folder) for emails from Amazon sent two weeks ago?
