Valid Tracking Rate
We have provided all tracking information (Courier, Shipping Service and Tracking ID) however, our VTR is only at 73%? They are shipped and dispatched on time and we have no late shipment.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

VTR isn’t about dispatched on-time or late shipments. The tracking information you’re inputting, I assume manually may not be correct.
What does the VTR report show?

it says we havent inputted some shipping services, but we have gone in and re-selected them?
It also has column ’ Has Valid Tracking Number’ with the attribute ‘No’?

Does the other, similarly named column ‘Has Tracking ID’ have a yes in it?
How long ago did you edit the order information to re-select the service?
Have you checked the tracking details for those shipments to see if they’ve been delivered?
