Return window, what is it?
Hello, Had a return request for something supplied in August, denied it as out of policy, then got an a-z claim for it.
I’ve asked them how was the client able to request a return outside of 30 days, and same again for the a-z claim they then made.
When I buy something from or through Amazon I can’t do either of those after 30 days, anyone know what’s happening?
Thanks.

Seller support can open A-Z cases months and even years after the usual A-Z period has closed.
I think it might also depend on the return reason; change of mind it’s clearly out of policy, but faulty etc would need some level of service.

Buyers have 30 days from receipt to request a refund and 90 days to make an AZ claim. So as the return request was refused, your buyer has gone for the 2nd option
