A-to-Z claim denied and appeal denied when I have protection....

Had a lot of A-to-Z claims this week and all of them were be protected (Amazon funded and no count on my ODTR) due to using buy shipping through Amazon. Then today a new claim was suddenly denied and then my the appeal was denied. They claim that, "We have reviewed all available information and have determined that the merchandise was not shipped in a timely manner. " However the ship by date was November 20th and I shipped this one day early which was the 19th of November. I also have claims and ODTR protection but I guess the didn't matter.
