Delivery duties paid

Seller fulfilled to Germany. It is a business so IOSS not applicable.

So we are using Deliveries Duties paid and sorted it with the courier

BUT for us to process DDP we have to have the businesses based in Germany VAT and EORI number.

So we send them a message asking for this.

My question is if they do not reply in time before we are meant to ship what can we do about this so we do not get our account health impacted. We can’t ship it till we know these details and this is in the hands of the customer.

We can’t cancel the order as this would also impact the account health ?

What can we do here ?

Is there a number on the order? Since it is delivery related, you could ring them. Be aware of your network’s call charge to Germany

You could ship & then refund under undeliverable shipping address… you lose the commission though
