Product is set for pre-order- but I have it now?
Hi, new seller here - selling third party items (i.e. I'm not the brand owner). Some of the product listings have pre-orders configured. For example I have the buy box for an item. I have sent the product to Amazon and it is checked into my FBA inventory, but the product listing says:
'This item will be released on August 30, 2023'
I'm pretty sure it said the 16th before (today) - and the date seems to have now moved.
I have the items available to sell in FBA warehouses. I've scoured the Seller website seeing if there is anything I can change, but can't find anything.
Is it possible for me to remove the pre-order setup as a seller? (or is that something the brand owner has to do)? I'm a bit stuck what to do next, other than try and wait it out. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Have you checked your inventory to see if it is showing as FC transfer, as if they are being transferred then they would show a later dispatch date, or not be available for sale.

Have you also checked to make sure your account it showing as active in status, and not information provided ?
