Policy violation - Brand Misuse
I am selling printed t-shirts under my brand name but need to change this to “Generic”. I have tried changing on the inventory page but it will not update and I via the upload feed again with no success.There is also the added issue of these listings being part of variation families (size/colour). I have been trying to resolve these issues since the 31st March with numerous emails and phone calls with seller support, I have had varying replies but I have still not got a resolution for these issues.
Has anyone else had this issue before as I am now flagging 1631 policy violations and need to try and resolve as quickly as possible to maintain my account health.

Hi, once a listing is created a brand cant be changed it would need to be a new listing.

Why do you need to change it from your brand to generic ?

Just a thought, is the violation because their logo is in your picture though which wouldn’t change even if you changed the brand to generic?

Hi.
I presume you are using the word “Generic” but have you tried changing brand name to “N/A”? You might have tried this given your history and experience so just a thought to try. Relatively new round here but it’s worked for me.
