USA - INFORM Consumers Act

I am hoping someone has been down this verification route over last couple of days and can offer some advice please.

This relates to Amazon.com, thanks in advance …

Question is quite simple, I need to complete the ‘Identity verification’ in relation to the USA INFORM Consumers Act.

I don’t want to submit wrong information as it can’t be undone.

As a ‘sole proprietor’ I will need to submit ‘Business Name, used to register with your state or federal government’.

Has anyone been down same route who can tell me what documents they may ask for verification?
