FBA Refund by Seller or Amazon

Hello,

If an item is FBA does Amazon manage a refund ? If the seller receives a message from the buyer asking, or indicating, a refund should the buyer be re-directed to Amazon or should the seller refund directly from their account ?

For FBA Orders Amazon controls everything. Direct them to Amazon for all Customer Service, shipping and payment/refund queries.
