Making VAT liability payment to Amazon
I have been asked to make a payment for the VAT owed to amazon and have received an email with the bank details and requesting for a Wire Transfer.
I am confused about the fact that the email states that "If there are any positive funds in your account, we may utilize them to settle the outstanding balance"
I have read several posts where the email mentioned by amazon ie mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk does not respond even after the payment has been made
Should I wait for them to make this adjustment or send in the transfer.
Any suggestions or past experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Also can I make the wire transfer from a different bank account , my bank account is not letting me add reference details which shows the payment is for my amazon account.
