Received incorrect feedback for different product! Amazon= useless!

Hi I received a negative feedback for weedkiller, however I sell electronics only, I opened a case via the feedback page, this was instantly denied. I have now tried talking to amazon customer service who are saying they cannot remove it. It is absolutely ridiculous, and shocking
