No response after one month of KYC audit.

There is no response after one month of KYC audit. I have submitted the required documents, but there is no response. Normally it takes one day, and at most 10 working days. Now it has been one month, and there is no response. Is it a system problem? Or something else? Please guide and help!

I have chased mine up after 10 working days and they just say to wait...!!! In the meantime I have £0,000's I can't access!
