Hi any idea how long listings take to go live after verification, as they are showing as active
Ahh great good luck - you can click solution on this form now and it will close it.
Hi do you mean it’s showing on dashboard as inactive?
It can take around a month at the moment for full verification
Email said you are verified and can sell, listings show active, but box on dashboard says reactivate your account, when pressed it says plan of action for reactivation, see notification of deactivation, deactivation was saying I had put Sole Proprietor, asked me to change, changed to Private etc, got verified.
There is an appeal button next to the previous messages, but last message received yesterday was you have been verified, so bit confused, do I have to complete the plan of action in the old emails I received
It can potentially take up to 72 hours for everything to be fully updated after your account got reactivated. But it’s usually under an hour.
You could try contacting seller support about the issue and see what they say, but if you’re still within that 72 hour period they’re probably just going to tell you to wait.
I wouldn’t try submitting a plan of action for an issue that doesn’t exist, it can cause Amazon to think there is an issue and suspend you.
You may also get multiple emails, one will be for payment account, one will be for selling on amazon - both these will need to be approved to go ahead and depending one your listing you may require additional approval.
You state " pressed it says plan of action for reactivation" which sounds like something has happened either a previous account or previous ID rejected so its worth double checking emails, case logs and performance notifications.
Hi thanks were up and running, it was I just had to wait until it updates, thanks for all your help
