AWD Excessive Receiving Delays
We shipped 12 pallets into the AWD system (IUSR Cowpens, SC 29330) on May 2nd. The pallets were received on May 12th. It is now July 12th and the inventory is still not received. I've been in contact with support for over a month, have sent countless emails, have been given timelines that didn't pan out, and now we are out of stock during Prime.
What can I do about this? Has anyone else experienced this with AWD?
