Can you post your last failed POA.
Appeal sent yesterday and got reject in 12hr.
my appeal is below:
Dear Sir/Madam
I do understand that Amazon takes complaints about violations of intellectual property right of brand or rights owners seriously and I would like to share with you my plan of action addressing this issue.
Root cause (s)
I didn’t fully understand the rules and regulations about Parallel imports and therefore inadvertently imported and listed products that I didn’t have authorization to, and that were not intended for the EEA market.
What I have done to address this issue:
I have closed and deleted those related listings.
I created a removal order for those listings relating to these warnings. (Removal order ID xxxxxxxxx) and the relating products removed completely from FBA centre.
I have read the guidelines regarding parallel imports to ensure that any goods I buy in future come from authorized suppliers, with proper invoices, letters of authorization to import into the EEA and sell on Amazon.
What I am going to do to prevent similar issues.
Before listing any new products on Amazon, I will verify that the products or listings won’t violate anyone’s intellectual property, trademark, copyright or patent.
I will be contacting my supplier to confirm if I can offer their merchandise on Amazon.
I will only sell products on Amazon’s EU marketplaces which I will either import myself with the rights owner’s consent, or which I ONLY source – directly from a supplier who has been authorised by the rights owner to export the products into the EEA ( With authorization letter from rights owner).
I will regularly read Amazon guidelines and policies to make sure that I am not in violation of any rules & regulations. I will monitor all changes of policy or laws which could affect me or my account and react proactively.
I believe this plan of action sufficiently addresses the issue and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
