10 days ago costumer open return request same day open a to z claim as well
A to z still opened today after 10 days item returned
and a to z still open which we responded to Amazon
But still open . Now we have item and we still not refund buyer
We not sure what we do now
Do we have refund the buyer ( we advised them to close the a to z with no respond )
Please what’s your advice ?
Was it not refunded on first scan?
If you refund them, refund on the return request page not via the a to z
If the buyer has opened a return request and been provided a pre paid label, then I would update the A to Z claim as such, tell amazon that the item is eligible for a return, a pre paid label has been issued and this is in line with Amazons terms and conditions.
Also inform the A to Z team that upon the item being returned the item will be fully refunded and ask for the A to Z claim to be withdrawn pending the return.
They have withdrawn a couple like that for us, then you can refund on return.
If you refund any other way, you will get the negative strike
