EBay seller order me software product
I am new seller and selling product key of software.Ebay seller brought product from me.He send buyer name same but every delivery address is different.I contact few delivery address they said we did not buy from you.The actuall person who ordered he sent message my account was hack then I cancel all orders because of this my account it is at risk for deactivation.
Can you help me how to fix this problem

Are you selling a digital product only, or are you actually sending a physical item through the post to the buyers?

This is a strictly prohibited item “Digital download software keys”, it is not a tangible product, I would also suspect that are not genuine or used Licence keys being sold as new under duplicate ASIN’s or as new software licence keys, Seller Performance will close your account down if they see what you are actually selling , which is against Amazon’s policy, you are also contact buyers this is a very grey area.
