Added product can't be seen on the inventory
Hi All,
I’ve added a new product on my inventory and send it to the FBA listing. All items are now seen as “Stranded” (Missing SKU) with an SKU and FNSKU created by Amazon itself. In stranded inventory menu, I can see a few options like relist, create new listing, delete listing etc…
But the problem is, when I select relist, it says no corresponding SKU in your inventory.
if I select new listing, it creates a new listing but I can’t see the listing in my inventory.
If I delete and re-create the listing, It didn’t also worked.
I don’t know what to do? I opened a case to the support but you know they always reply with standard responses. They totally garbage in an exceptional cases.
So, What should I do? Any ideas are really appreciated.

Has the product been removed by Amazon for some reason. Check your account health and performance notifications to see if the product has been removed.
Try to add the product from the add product page using the barcode or ASIN of the product. Does the product show up in the add product page or does it show up as restricted and you can’t list it.
Also look in your inventory does the product show up in there at all?
Is it your own product or is it a product from a manufacturer?
