Account deactivation
Our account have recently been deactivated. This without warning there were no emails sent to advise the account would be deactiviated. On the Notification Centre all items are 100% . Amazon are requesting the following:-
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and provide one of the following documents in PDF, PNG, JPEG, or GIF format. The documents must be legible, authentic, and unaltered and contain the required information. We do not accept screenshots. The name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
– A business license if applicable
– A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with name and address visible
We have provided this for the account holder. I have had 3 conversations with Amazon on this and they advised the requested information was for the account holder and for personal information, however we have now submitted information on multiple occassions and it is not accepted. Everytime they send the same stock email that doesnt help in anyway. The account has not been closed for 12 days.
I have now sent information for the company registered address however the company registration address as is the case for many business is with a Formation Company, so this is not our physical address and we can’t provide proof of address such as utlity bills as this isn’t a physical address.
Has anyone had similar issues recently. This situation appears to have arisen since we registered for sales in Europe, that requires additional verification.
