My product getting inactive and active every 20 minutes???

this has been going on for the past 3 days, my product keeps getting removed and back active every 20 minutes. I keep getting spammed by the same email. Please help me out as soon as possible. I have provided proof that my product is allowed to be sold on Amazon, showing test report, and product images.

After reviewing the situation I do see that this ASIN has a few separate concerns and has been identified as not eligible for reactivation. This decision was made after the review of all provided information through the case to the appropriate teams. It does look like their last response was on 8/7/24, advising on the inability to reactivate this listing.

Regarding the notifications, were there more than one ASIN or were they all for the same listing? If they were different listings, this would be a normal situation as we may notify you of individual violations like this, if they were all the same, I can ensure this information is passed to the appropriate teams to review why it occurred.
