Unreal A-Z Claim
Wow. So in typical amazon style I cannot believe this.
Order placed on 12th June shipped on the 13th June. Customer refuses delivery due to it arriving whilst he is away. Product arrives back to us- We email th customer to discuss appropriate delivery date. This get’s shipped accordingly. Customer raises A-Z claim by accident and emails us and amazon to cancel the claim as the goods had arrived. (this is all over amazon messages). Customer states in the email he does not want a refund.
We appeal the a-z and it gets denied due us not shipping on time. Now what can I do to resolve this? Who do i contact next? The item is £590 so its not small money to forget about!

Out of curiosity, did you ship on time? We’ve had a couple of A-Z recently due to not arriving & they all say we’ve not shipped on time and it’s on our ODR… but we have been shipping everything on time, the orders show that. I have appealed the lot and explained concisely however the decision was not appealed successfully.
