Shipping to Amazon Small and Light
I have multiple products to sell through small and light.
They would be damaged if in a clear plastic bag, but I understand the products can also be put in a box? Is that correct or does it have to be a plastic bag?
I will be shipping multiple ASIN’s to Amazon at the same time. If I had one large box for shipping purposes, then inside that box had smaller boxes with minimum 24units of each separate ASIN inside with an FNSKU sticker on the outside of each box, is that acceptable?

I’d be careful putting boxes, within boxes.
But it should be ok, as long as you don’t put any labels on the outside of the interior boxes.
So they have to open them to check.
I find it far easier to just send cases with individual products in and I have very rarely have an issue with that. Don’t forget when sending, it’s usually weight based and not number of boxes. Though that does depend on the courier you use.

It is perfectly acceptable to box them and label each individual product.
As long as nothing is going to get lost etc, then it’s not a problem.

Small & light is different to standard FBA in checking in so I can see some things here that aren’t correct.
If you are putting boxes into boxes, each individual box should have the asin on the outside plus the quantity of how many items are inside. I usually make sure that the individual items have asins but am told that isn’t necessary.
The items inside should either have no barcode at all or asin barcode. Items should not be mixed within the box. Presumably you’re aware that there is a minimum of 24 items per asin going to small & light? As that is the case s&l wouldn’t be bothered if the individual boxes were sealed as the outside tells them how many of each asin is inside. A box of 24 items could not be sent out as one (in theory!).

I do a simiar thing. I ship multiple products in one box but I put each individual product inside a bag so they do not get mixed up. Works well for me. I have even put them inside a supermarket carrier bag. I haven’t labelled the bag at all and so far no issues.
