Listing Active in Seller Central, but not visible on Amazon Web Site UK for Customers
I’ve been selling on Amazon UK for a while and suddenly my listing is gone on Amazon UK from this Thursday evening even when my product is active on my seller central. I’ve raised the case with the SC Support and they forward me a link where my product is only visible under sponsored keyword and not under organic keyword search (I was on the 1st page for more than two years on the most competitive keyword). It looks like I can’t get any solid info from the SC Support and if anyone can advise why my listing is not available suddenly on Amazon web site. Only what I changed was adding a 40% discount voucher on Thursday evening and nothing else. Was anyone experiencing same issue and if I can be advised it would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

So it’s not that it’s not visible, but instead that the search algorithm has changed which has resulted in your product appearing further down the search rankings?

Hi Barry, thanks for coming back. I understand that A9 sometimes changes and ranking is suddenly changed of the product itself (drops from page 1 to page 3 or page 3), but my product it’s not showing nowhere (except paid search keyword) since I’ve checked from page 1 till the last one. I think I should be at least of one of the page?
