Problem with Variation Wizard

Hi There

I've been trying for some time to use the variation Wizard to add a variation to an existing listing which I created myself. It is not a branded product. Just want to add another colour but I cannot complete it without adding an External Product ID. How do I get that information please?

Thanks for posting your inquiry. You'll find the steps to fix this issue using the information in the Find Your External Product ID on Amazon which I recently wrote.
