How to package glass items for fba/ vendor

What the best way to send liquids 100ml or under to amazon that are in glass bottles non flammable please

I’m getting conflicting advice.

Do i need to tape the cap
Can i shrink wrap it ( shrink _ heat gun)

can i put them in a small padded jiffy bag ( envelope) ( seems the fastest way) or does it have to be in a clear bag
