Min & Max Pricing and Business Pricing
Does anyone know how to remove Min and Max pricing? I haven’t (to my knowledge) added it to my account but with each new product I list, it appears…
I did have a business price and quantity discounts rule - which is now paused. Could this be causing the issue? Is there a way to delete these rules rather than pause them?
Thanks

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed one of our best selling products didn’t any active offer on the listing page. Both MFN and FBA SKUs were showing as active in manage inventory but there listing page was showing “currently unavailable”
After contacting seller support, I was told that this was caused by my business price being higher than my regular selling price. We use a third party repricer which changes the regular price but not the business price. This issue started happening after a sales rep from Amazon contacted us to create a business price and quantity rule on 26 October.
I researched a bit further and started noticing some other SKUs which didn’t have any live offers on the listing page despite being active in the inventory. I contacted seller support again to enquire how I could compare the regular price and the business prices for all my listing to see what SKUs were affected. They told me to go to the inventory reports and download a category listing inventory report.
In this report, you will have all your SKUs and 2 columns, one with the regular price and one with the business price. I added a formula for each sku: “=business price - regular price” and then sorted the resulted from higher to lower. Anything over 0 meant that the business price was higher.
It turns out that 170 SKUs (maybe 10% of inventory) had a higher business price and didn’t have any active offer despite showing as active in our inventory. I was very angry because this probably caused us to lose a lot of sales without even me realising. What I then did to fix the issue, was to reduce all the business prices which were higher by 1% of the regular and upload the new prices via a feed.
Now the crazy thing is this, once I uploaded all the new business prices, i got dozens of SKUs being made inactive for potential low pricing error. I had to go and add a min and max price for each one of them. I did this a couple of days ago and I am planning to review all our offers again next week to see if there is any new SKUs affected.
Amazon, why is this happening? Why are the listings still showing as active in manage inventory when they’re not? Never had any issue with the business prices until one of your sales rep contacted me to change something in my account about the rules.
Why has it become so complicated to sell on Amazon?
