Selling Gift Sets - Do we need to register trademark
Hi, I’m planning to sell a gift set. There will be 2 items in it. My question is, do I need to register trademark for each of the item in IPO UK? And how do I register that brand in Amazon brand registry for gift sets products? Do I need to submit both of the items’ trademarks numbers? Or just one of it?
Also, does my brand logo need to be on each of the item in gift set? Or just 1 on the packaging of the gift set would suffice?
Appreciate if anyone has experience in registering gift sets brand in the brand registry to answer my ques. Thx!

for brand registry the brand needs to be on each product and the packaging . not stickers either
if your registering your brand as trademark you only need to register what ever word that is not the products youll be using under that trademark
also youll need to get a ean number from gs1 for the gift set to as wont have one if your making up the bundle yourself or get exemption from amazon but youll need one or the other to list it and if i remember rightly they only accept numbers from gs1
