Pro-seller fee refund request
I have just started a sellers account, and my account has been deactivated/suspended while Amazon verifies my information.
However I have been charged £30 for the pro-seller plan that I do not require and have not used, and I can’t seem to request a refund because in seller support, I can only contact Amazon concerning my suspended account status?
I have seen this ‘pro-seller problem’ before on these forums and the solution seems to be: downgrade your account and request a refund, but I cannot do that while my account is deactivated.
What should I do to get my refund and get my account back online?

You need to get through the verification process then, by providing all the documents and info that Amazon have requested, [and note that each and every document needs to match what you put on Amazon down to the last initial, comma and space.]
The verification process can take some time [maybe 30 days or longer, so take that opportunity to go through Seller University and learn as much as you can whilst waiting, after that you can downgrade and request refund, of more than one months fee if necessary.
