Return Authorization email settings for seller-fulfilled returns

To ensure that you’re receiving email notifications, here is a quick reminder on how to set up notifications:

1. Go to Settings on your Seller Central home page, click Notification preferences.
2. In the Notification options tab under Return and Claim notifications, check the ‘Pending Returns’ box and click ‘Edit’ to update your email address.

As a reminder, for all return requests from Customers that need to be manually authorized, we request you to take action within 24 hours of Customer initiating the return request.
