2% is about normal for getting reviews. Probably most buyers can no longer be bothered with them. For the reasons, take a look at this other thread

Around 2% is probably about right.

That is why 1 bad feedback can make an issue.

Unless you are certain Chinese Sellers, who can have 100 in 1 day, sometimes before the product arrives, even on the same day as a new listing.

You are lucky that you got 2 reviews.
I know many sellers which have over 500/pm orders got 0 review.

2 feedbacks per 100 is very high on Amazon on other sales channels it would be quite low. my own current ratio is well over 1000 sales for just one feedback

Most people cannot be bothered , as with me. I am tired of being asked to review my online purchases or how my experience was with my insurance company/bank/restaurant/Halfords/car service etc etc was, too many asking for reviews for what is quite often the most mundane of things.

Are you talking about product reviews or customer feedback?

I have sold around 60,000 products and have 239 reviews. My friend has sold about 25,000 products and he has 34 reviews. It’s not like ebay people don’t really leave reviews on Amazon. My friend sells a very limited range of products. Whereas I sell a wider range and get more reviews. Certain products such as toys seem to generate more seller reviews
