My package on seller central is showing a false package dimension
Hello, does anyone know why my package on seller central is showing a false package dimension? Because of that, it is giving me high fees and I cannot see what the actual fees are. My Products have not arrived yet but I’m expecting them soon. I have checked and edited the listing itself and changed the dimensions to default size, yet it still shows something different on my seller central but not on the listing. I have made sure that within the listing all the sizes and dimensions are correct, yet it does not change. Any help would be great thanks

As soon as they are received go to help and type ‘remeasure’. Enter the sku and they will measure it and adjust accordingly

Do you mean you haven’t received them yourself or they haven’t been received with amazon? I’d imagine you’d struggle to send them in with those dimensions
