Amazon added an outside competitive price and the FBA fees are higher than the "competitive price"

One of my ASINS had a competitive price added to it on Monday as well as had the fees raised. The combined fees for FBA alone are higher than the outside competitive price before I've even put in the cost of the item. I opened a case immediately and it was supposedly elevated, it's now Friday night and there's been no response. There's been no buybox since Tuesday, on an ASIN that was doing very well.
