Read onlyOur seller fulfilled prime status has been suspended due to our courier scanning parcels later causing a drop in metrics.
We have contacted the courier who have accepted liability and provided evidence which we have submitted amazon along with a POA however this case was then marked as answered and closed however there was no response from amazon.
