How to change legel entity

Hi,
My account was deactivated 4 years ago, and amazon still owe me money.
Ive chased them up, and now they are saying that my legal entity is incorrect. How do I update my legal entity?? I’ve looked everywhere in settings. Please help

If you weren’t registered as a business, but should’ve been, then you’d need to ask Amazon to unlock the legal entity so you can add your business info. That most commonly would be as a sole trader or a limited company. Of course you’ll need the relevant documents to provide to Amazon.

In addition to above advice - you need to register with HMRC (if you have not already) as self-employed (sole-trader or limited company) and provide your UTR or CH documents to have a Business Seller Account.
