Featured offer sudden drop - RM Monday issue?
Anybody else had this happen over the past few days? Probably caused by RM issue on Monday causing ‘on-time’ percentage to take a slash. Well, our shipments are 99% RM48 packets which everybody knows have a delivery GUARANTEE on them… not.
Well at least now with 5 instead of 50 evening orders to pack I will have some time to think about my actions and draft then finalise an action plan for moving forward with 0% chance of my ever committing these grievous offences to Amazon’s customers again.
[edit] okay I see the on-time delivery thing is on a rolling delay so today 09 Sep it’s calculated up to 30 Aug. So what else can explain this? No changes in any other part of account health either. No sudden change to prices as well or shipping charges.
