I don’t use FBA but I assume that full info will be in the FBA section of Seller University.

When I was trying out for some prices a week or so ago I remember the largest box i could input was 63cm on any side but the price was nearly tripe that of one just a few cm smaller.
After that I assume Amazon expect a pallet rather than a box.

You need to elaborate on what it is you want to send and for what reason. Are you talking singular units or multiple units put into a box for sending on FBA.
You have small and light, normal size and then oversize for the purpose of FBA. You then have box limits for sending to Amazon for FBA via UPS partnered carrier but can send in pallets.
Not only are dimensions but weight also plays a part in this as well. The change in price is also consideration when you hit certain weights and measures meaning it could be economically viable to split boxes etc.
You also have to comply with other labeling requirements if sending in boxes over 15kg.
Also remember you have a volumetric weight that takes over if you have large boxes with light contents and will make a significant difference to the price.
