Account disabled - no reason given and unable to reactivate
I am given this message when I try to follow the "reactviate now" message on my account health dashboard.
"Verification Failed
We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support."
I have opened 3 tickets that have all been closed by support without any assistance. I called the amazon account team and they told me they were unable to assist me. I have 1,000 units heading to my account any day now and I really can't be in a position where this inventory will get turned away.
Is there another team or support email I can reach out to and reactivate my account?

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.………….…
BUT, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!
